A candidate for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy shall undertake a program of study and research approved by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor. The program shall include the presentation of a thesis and/or other work approved by the Committee, embodying the results of the candidates study and research, for examination.A supervisor or supervisors shall be appointed with the approval of the University and will provide direction and advice to the candidate.Potential candidates should consult the University's Common Rules - Doctor of Philosophy. Applicants into this course are required to provide: referees reports, research proposal outline (400-600 words), certified academic transcripts and other supporting documentation. Potential students should contact the Office of Research and Innovation on ph: (08) 8946 7065 or email: ORI@cdu.edu.au for the appropriate package to be sent to them. This course is not available for electronic admission or enrolment. The University currently allocates a limited number of fees waiver scholarships. Applicants for this degree may apply.
